Job Description
ASB ULTRA BANKING is seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Head Officer to lead and oversee all banking operations within the assigned region. This executive-level role is responsible for strategic planning, regional performance management, business development, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple branches. .
Responsibilities
- • Provide leadership and direction to all branch managers within the region
- • Develop and execute regional business strategies to meet growth and profitability targets
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking policies
- • Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements
- • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- • Identify market trends and recommend new products or service opportunities
- • Represent ASB ULTRA BANKING in regional events and stakeholder engagements
- • Prepare and present regional performance reports to executive management
